Women’s Program
The Pathways to Power Program equips emerging women leaders with the knowledge, skills, and network they need to ascend to positions of power. Targeting rising professionals, the program is comprised of three core elements:
Leadership Fellows Program - Each year, ADI selects a distinguished group of highly accomplished women from across a variety of sectors to participate in the Leadership Fellows Program. Fellows are individually paired with a Senior Mentor whose year-long mentorship, combined with an executive weekend retreat and series of innovative programs, accelerates their pathway to power. The inaugural class of Fellows includes 12 exceptional women from a diverse array of backgrounds, and come from a wide variety of fields, including medicine, media, technology, politics, government, and the law. Annual Conference - The annual conference brings together a group of established and emerging women leaders from all sectors. The conference features inspirational keynote speakers, panels of accomplished leaders, targeted breakout sessions, dynamic networking opportunities, and power mentoring sessions. Young and mid-career participants benefit from the opportunity to discuss topics on women’s leadership, build specific sets of skills, and network with others who can accelerate their path to power. Experienced leaders have the opportunity to share with emerging leaders how they overcame challenges and ascended to positions of power. Click here for more
Year-Round Leadership Development Programs - ADI provides leadership fellows, conference attendees, and other emerging women leaders with a series of panels, roundtables, and workshops throughout the year. These learning sessions give emerging leaders access to thought-leaders, expert practitioners, inspirational models, and a network of extraordinary peers in an intimate setting. Sessions address key content areas for women leaders, including smart career transitions, designing and achieving career/life harmony, women and entrepreneurship, branding professional success, and practicing inclusive leadership.
