QUALITIES OF ADI LEADERS:  ADI leaders represent a range of issues and industries, including business, finance, technology, media, government, politics, academia, the nonprofit sector, and the arts.  They also 1) have established a record of professional accomplishment early in their career and are at least five years out of college, 2) demonstrate strong leadership skills with the potential for further growth, and 3) possess a track record of sustained community involvement with a commitment to positive social change.

Justin Levitt, Counsel, Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law
Justin Levitt is Counsel at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law, where he works on research, public education, advocacy, legislative counseling, and litigation concerning election administration, redistricting, and a variety of other voting rights concerns.  Justin has also been in-house counsel to America Coming Together - one of the nation's largest voter registration and mobilization organizations -- and served as the Director of Strategic Targeting for a national presidential campaign.  He served as a law clerk to Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Justin holds a law degree and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
